OPPO and vivo have a large user base, but both brands have their own quirks when it comes to installing the Binance APP. Today we'll cover installation methods for both brands together. Just download the official Binance APP installation package from the Binance official website and follow the instructions below. iPhone users should head to the iOS installation guide.
OPPO Phone Installation
OPPO phones use the ColorOS system, and installing third-party APKs requires dealing with two security mechanisms.
Handling Security Detection
ColorOS 13 and above includes a feature similar to Huawei's Pure Mode. APK installation may be blocked with a message like "Installation blocked to protect phone security."
Solution:
- Open "Settings"
- Find "Privacy & Security" (or "Security")
- Tap "Install apps from external sources"
- Select the browser you're using
- Enable "Allow app installation"
Disabling App Installation Verification
Some OPPO phones have an additional "App Installation Verification" feature:
- Settings → Privacy & Security → Security
- Find "Installation Identity Verification" or "App Installation Security Check"
- Choose to disable or select "Only verify app store sources"
Installation Steps
- Visit the Binance official website in your browser
- Download the Android APK installation package
- Tap to install after download completes
- If blocked, handle permissions using the methods above
- Confirm installation and wait for completion
vivo Phone Installation
vivo uses the OriginOS system (earlier versions used FuntouchOS), and the installation process is similar.
Enabling Installation Permission
- Open "Settings"
- Find "Security & Privacy" (or "Security")
- Tap "Install Unknown Apps" or "More Security Settings"
- Select your browser
- Enable "Allow Installation"
Handling iManager Blocking
vivo's built-in "iManager" security software may block APK installation. If installation is blocked by iManager:
- Open iManager
- Find "Security Scan" or "Virus Scan"
- Find the Binance APK in the scan results
- Select "Trust" or "Ignore"
- Go back and retry installation
Installation Steps
- Visit the Binance official website in your browser
- Download the APK file
- Open the file manager and find the downloaded file
- Tap to install, handling any permission prompts that appear
- Wait for installation to complete
Common Settings for Both Brands
Whether you use OPPO or vivo, it's recommended to configure the following after installation for an optimized experience:
Background Keep-Alive
Both OPPO and vivo systems aggressively clean up background apps. To ensure the Binance APP can properly push notifications, you need to configure background keep-alive.
OPPO settings:
- Open Phone Manager
- Find "Battery" or "Power Saving"
- Tap "App Battery Management"
- Find Binance, select "Don't restrict background"
vivo settings:
- Settings → Battery
- Background Power Management
- Find Binance, select "Allow background running"
Notification Permissions
Ensure Binance APP notification permissions are fully enabled:
OPPO: Settings → Notifications & Status Bar → Notification Management → Binance → Enable all
vivo: Settings → Notifications & Status Bar → App Notification Management → Binance → Enable all
Floating Window Permission
If you want to see market pop-ups while using other apps, enable floating window permission:
Settings → Permission Management → Floating Window → Find Binance → Enable
Common Issues for OPPO and vivo
App Icon Doesn't Appear on Home Screen After Installation
Some OPPO/vivo phones may not automatically show the APP icon on the home screen. You can find it in the app drawer (if using drawer mode), then long press and drag to the home screen.
White Screen After Opening APP
Try clearing the APP cache: Settings → App Management → Binance → Storage → Clear Cache. If that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall.
Signature Mismatch During APP Update
This means the previously installed version came from a different source than the new version. You'll need to uninstall the old version first, then install the new one. Remember your account information before uninstalling.
Network Request Timeout
OPPO and vivo phones sometimes restrict APP network requests. Check:
- Settings → Mobile Network → App Network Access Management → Find Binance
- Ensure both WiFi and mobile data are checked as allowed
OnePlus and iQOO Phones
OnePlus is a sub-brand of OPPO, and iQOO is a sub-brand of vivo. Installing the Binance APP on these phones follows essentially the same methods as their parent brands:
- OnePlus phones: Follow the OPPO method
- iQOO phones: Follow the vivo method
System settings paths may differ slightly, but the general approach is the same. Use the search function in settings if you can't find a specific option.
Realme Phones
Realme is also part of the OPPO family and uses Realme UI (based on ColorOS). The installation method is exactly the same as OPPO — just follow the OPPO steps.
Installing the Binance APP on OPPO and vivo phones doesn't have any major obstacles — it's mainly about permission settings and security software. Spend a few minutes adjusting the settings and you'll have no problems going forward.
